Once the proposal is approved, we’ll send over a contract and invoice. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, your date will be reserved, and AC Celebrations will be officially booked for your event!

Do you hold a liquor license or provide any alcohol?

AC Celebrations does not hold a liquor license and cannot provide Special Occasion Permits. If you plan to serve or sell alcohol at your event, you’ll need to obtain the necessary permits.

We’re here to help guide you through the process! If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Do you provide bar décor?

Our bar comes with stylish general décor to enhance your event’s ambiance. Looking for something extra? We offer a range of premium décor upgrades. Get in touch to explore our available options and add a personal touch to your celebration!

What time do you arrive to events to set up?

We typically arrive 2-3 hours before the event to set up, prepare fresh fruit garnishes, and get your drinks chilled and ready to serve!

How do you handle bookings?

To get started, simply reach out to us via email or phone to share the details of your event. To secure your date, a 20% non-refundable retainer fee is required upon signing to hold the date. The remaining balance will be divided into two installments: the first due 120 days before the event, and the final payment 30 days before the event date.
